Here we have a wintery version of a classic. This Rosemary Martini is perfectly balanced to capture the crisp weather outside.
- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- ½ oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- spring of rosemary for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
Combine equal parts sugar to hot water (for example 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar) and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add a handful of fresh rosemary, cover and let steep for an hour. Strain and cool.
