Explore our selection of hyper-local and high-quality mixers, bitters, cocktail syrups, and garnishes as well as our line of small-batch craft spirits. We’re open daily from 12-6pm and would love to have you visit our shop for easy weeknight wine and beer to go, gifts and special occasion bottles, home bar and cocktail making supplies, exploratory spirit tasting and flights, weekend mini cocktails, chats, and high fives. Yes, we offer several tour and event packages for small groups of 6-12 people as well as, group buyout packages to accommodate up to 25 people.
Possibly, yes, but only if your organization is registered in the state of Oregon and has 501(c)(3) status. Please use our Donation Request Form to submit your request. Due to the very large volume of Donation Requests we receive, we will not be able to reply to all requests. Thank you for understanding.
We sell our spirits wholesale to distributors out of state who sell select New Deal spirits to bars, restaurants, bottle shops and liquor stores in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Utah, Vermont, Washington, & Washington DC Metro Area.

You will need to order our spirits from an OLCC Liquor Store. Please note that the state of Oregon does not allow us to sell all the spirits we produce for distribution to state liquor stores. Our small-batch and seasonal spirits are only available for purchase in our Bottle Shop, located in our distillery in Portland’s Central Eastside. Yes. Our distillery is certified as and organic processing facility through California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). Alcoholic beverage products manufactured at New Deal can carry the USDA Organic and/or the CCOF seal. Please contact us for more information.
Yes. If you would like to both manufacture and sell your private-label product in Oregon, we may be able to list your product so that it can be sold in Oregon liquor stores. Please contact us for more information.
Yes. We can make your beverage alcohol products, get them listed for sale in the state of Oregon and the transfer the licensing and state listing to you once your distilled spirits plant is fully approved for production. Please contact us for more information.
Yes. Before we release your product to third parties, we will verify that you have a Federal Basic Permit (sometimes referred to as a wholesale permit) from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB). Information about obtaining that permit can be found here.
Yes. If you are looking to purchase alcohol for use in the manufacture of cosmetics, perfume, medicines, medicinal preparations, food products, flavoring, or flavoring extracts, this type of alcohol is considered nonbeverage alcohol. Please Contact us to request more information.
Yes. Our distillery is certified as an organic processing facility through California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). Alcohol products manufactured at New Deal can carry the USDA Organic and/or the CCOF seal. Please contact us for more information.
Yes. We sell nonbeverage alcohol as taxpaid alcohol. You can file with the TTB as a Manufacturer of Nonbeverage Alcohol Products (MNBP) so that you can file drawback claims for all but $1 per proof gallon of the excise taxes paid on the spirits used in the manufacturing process. Yes. Nondenatured food-grade ethanol is sometimes referred to as “industrial alcohol,” “culinary solvent,” or “ethyl alcohol.” We sell this alcohol at 190 proof, or 95% alcohol by volume. To get more information about placing an order, please contact us.
Yes. You must show proof of a distilled spirits plant (DSP) permit from the TTB or, for Oregon residents, an Industrial Alcohol Authority (IAA) Endorsement from the OLCC. You can find information about obtaining an IAA endorsement here.
