If you’re looking for summery gin drink, this mint iced tea cocktail is it!

• 1 1/2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
• 1 1/2 oz mint tea
  • We recommend Steven Smith Teas: Fez Moroccan Mint Green Tea or Mediterranean Mint Iced Green Tea. For a caffeine-free option try Peppermint Leaves.
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 10 mint leaves
• soda water
• 1 mint sprig, for garnish

Muddle mint with simple syrup and lime juice. Add the gin and iced tea and shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a mint sprig
