Floral and refreshing, this delightful springtime collins is super easy to make thanks to our house-made Elder Flower Cocktail Syrup.
- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- ¾ oz NDD Elder Flower Cocktail Syrup
- soda water
- 1 lemon peel for garnish
Combine gin and cocktail syrup in a tin and shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass, then top with soda and fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
