Try out this winter Negroni variation made with freshly squeezed blood orange. This cocktail is a great way to take advantage of winter citrus season and expand your home bar cocktail game.
- ¾ oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- ¾ oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
- ¾ oz Campari
- ¾ oz blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 blood orange wheel for garnish
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass, over a large ice cube. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and enjoy.
