This strawberry-infused Negroni is a mind blower! It’s truly delicious and so simple to make— just soak strawberries in Campari overnight and stir up this three ingredient cocktail the next day.

• 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
• 1 oz Cocchi Rosa
• 1 oz Strawberry-Infused Campari*
• 1 orange peel for garnish

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

*Infuse a 750 ml bottle of Campari with 2 cups fresh-cut strawberries. Let sit overnight. Scale down as needed.
