The Southside— a delicious, classic mint cocktail to add to your repertoire!
- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
