Looking on the bright side is easy with this cocktail!
- 1½ oz Old Tom Gin
- ¼ oz Cascadia American Bitter Liqueur
- ½ oz honey syrup (we used Bee Local Honey Water)
- ¼ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz lemon
- 1 dash orange bitters
- mint leaves
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with mint leaves.
