This play on a daiquiri was inspired by mixed berry cobbler! The spiced rum adds baking spice notes while the tartness of the berries and lime keep the drink balanced and not too sweet. Recipe serves two!
- 3 1/2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6 oz frozen mixed berries
- 1 large scoop of ice cream
- 1 lime wheel or mint sprig, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish each with a lime wheel or mint sprig.
