The Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail, usually made using cachaça, but our Distiller’s Cut Rum works beautifully.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 sugar cubes
- splash soda water
Muddle sugar cubes with a splash of soda to make a paste. Add lime wedges and gently muddle. Add rum, lime juice, and ice. Do a quick hard shake and pour entire contents of the tin into a rocks glass.
