Take advantage of cherry season (and our small-batch rum) with this super refreshing, summer cherry lime cocktail.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- soda water
- 3 ripe pitted cherries for muddling
- 2 sliced cherries for garnish
In a shaker tin, muddle pitted cherries and rum. Add lime and simple syrup to the tin and shake with ice. Add a few glugs of soda water to the tin, then double strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with sliced cherries.
