Looking for an electric 1980s cocktail? Try the Rain Drop! This fun lemon drop made with blue curaçao should do the trick.
- 1 1/2 oz New Deal Vodka
- 3/4 oz blue curaçao
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- sugar for the rim
Swipe a lemon slice along the rim of either a martini glass or coupe. Dip the moistened glass into a shallow bowl filled with sugar and slowly turn it until the outer edge is covered. Set your glass aside then combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake with ice. Double strain into your sugar rimmed glass and enjoy.
