The perfect afternoon tea! If you take sugar, be sure to try this one with a sugared rim.

• 1 1/2 oz New Deal Vodka
• 1 oz Earl Grey iced tea
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Prepare iced tea according to package instructions. Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass with or without a sugared rim. Garnish with a lemon twist.
