Strawberry Basil Cooler

The combination of strawberries and basil in this vodka cocktail cooler is down right delicious. Perfect on a sunny day!

  • 2 oz Portland 90 Vodka
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 3 strawberries, tops removed and quartered
  • 5 basil leaves
  • soda water
  • 1 basil leaf for garnish

Muddle the strawberries and basil in the simple syrup. Add vodka and lime juice to the tin and shake hard with ice. Unseal and add a few glugs of soda water to the tin. Fine strain into a tall glass. Top off with ice and garnish with a basil leaf.
