This cocktail combines fresh blueberries and a deliciously tart Limonata soda.
- 1 1/2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 10 blueberries
- 2 oz Limonata di Sicilia soda (or any nice Limonata soda)
- 1 mint sprig, for garnish
Add blueberries and simple syrup to a shaker tin and muddle the berries into the syrup. Add Gin 33 and shake with ice for 10 – 15 seconds. Pour (without straining) into a rocks glass so you’re able to enjoy your cocktail with the berries in it. Top with Limonata di Sicilia soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
