You can’t go wrong with a Negroni! One of the world’s greatest cocktails made even better with small-batch Portland Dry Gin 33.

• 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33 or New Deal Gin No. 1
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 orange peel for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold and strain into a chilled coupe glass or an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
