Made for our beloved Rose City, this drink is brimming with juicy apple notes, crisp juniper and oh-so-fragrant rose cordial. Thank you Portland Cider Co. for another fab cider cocktail recipe!
- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Rose Cordial
- ½ oz Portland Syrups Marionberry Syrup
- 2 oz Portland Cider Co. Imperial Abbey Apple
Shake gin, lemon juice, rose cordial, and marionberry syrup with ice. Strain into a snifter or wine glass filled with fresh ice and top with cider.
