- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 cucumber slices, quartered
- A few springs of dill
- Bubbly water
- 1 cucumber slice and more dill, for garnish
Muddle cucumber and dill with simple syrup. Add the lime juice and gin. Shake with ice. Add a few glugs of bubbly water to the tin and double strain into a pint glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with dill and a cucumber slice.
