Whiskey, herbal alpine flavors, honey, and bitters combine in this aptly named cold weather old fashioned.

• 1 oz Distiller’s Reserve Wheat Whiskey or Bourbon
• 1 oz New Deal Cascadia Liqueur 
• 1/4 oz honey syrup (2:1)
• 4 dashes orange  bitters
• orange peel for garnish

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest.
