You could muddle any seasonal fruit and make a delicious, refreshing Brandy Cobbler by following this template.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Brandy
- ¾ oz Meadowland Tanager Strawberry Basil Syrup
- 1 orange wedge
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 blackberries ( or strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, etc.)
- 1 orange wheel, mint sprig, and skewered berries for garnish
Muddle the fruit in the syrup, being sure to press hard and twist as to extract as much flavor as possible. Pour in Brandy and shake with ice. Double strain into double old fashioned glass over pebble ice. Garnish with mint, an orange wheel, and skewered berries.
