Try this alternate Derby Day delight! The mint lifts and livens our Oregon Brandy, making it a refreshing cocktail, perfect for a warm day.
- 2½ oz Distiller’s Workshop Brandy
- 12 mint leaves
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 mint spring for garnish
Shake Brandy, mint leaves, and simple syrup with ice. Double strain into a julep cup that’s halfway filled with pebble ice. Using a bar spoon, gently stir the drink with the ice. Repeat until the drink fills the cup. Top with a small dome of ice and garnish with mint.
