A delicious fall treat to warm you up!
- 1 quart apple cider
- 1/2 an orange sliced into 1/2 inch orange wheels
- 7 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 whole allspice berries
- 1 1/2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Brandy, per mug
Combine all ingredients besides brandy in a pot and heat on low for at least an hour. This recipe will make about 5 servings. To serve, add 1 1/2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Brandy to a mug or tempered glass. Top with mulled cider and garnish with steeped cinnamon sticks or orange.
Note: Mulled apple ciders are fun and easy to make your own! Experiment with adding more or less citrus, sugar, and baking spices depending on what flavors are your favorite. If you’d like to try this with another spirit we recommend our Distiller’s Reserve Bourbon or Pear Brandy.
