The Whiskey Smash may be a lesser-known cousin to the whiskey sour, old fashioned and mint julep, but it’s just as delicious!
- 2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Bourbon
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 3 lemon wedges
- 4 large sprigs of fresh mint
Add 3 sprigs of mint and three wedges of lemon to a shaker tin. Muddle thoroughly then add bourbon, simple syrup, and ice. Shake for at least 20 seconds. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, over crushed ice. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
