When life hands you lemons … make Tom Collins Slushies! This recipe serves two so treat yourself and a friend to an icy fresh frozen cocktail.
- 4 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 3oz lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 3-4 cups of ice
- cherries or lemon, for garnish
Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a blender. Add ice and blend until slushy. Divide into two tall glasses and garnish with cherries or lemon.
