Bringing together warming spices, gentian, and juniper, our Bronze Negroni is a harmonious take on the easy-to-make three ingredient cocktail. Swapping out ordinary sweet vermouth for our vibrant Pear Liqueur and trading Campari for Cascadia, really takes this classic up a notch.

• 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
• ¾ oz Cascadia Liqueur
• 1 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
• 1 lemon peel for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and stir with ice to combine. Pour over a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon peel.
