Things are sure to heat up with this jalapeño cocktail!
- 1 1/2 oz Portland 90 Vodka or New Deal Vodka
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 10 thin jalapeño slices (use less or more depending on heat preference)
- 1 oz soda water
- jalapeño slices, for garnish
Slice jalapeño into thin pieces. Muddle pepper slices in simple syrup and add vodka and lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh slices of jalapeño.
