Hibiscus, citrus, and vodka come together in this fantastically fragrant iced tea cocktail.

• 1 1/2 oz New Deal Vodka
• 1 oz Smith Teamaker Big Hibiscus Iced Tea
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 thyme sprig, for garnish

Prepare iced tea according to package instructions. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
