Tart, refreshing, and topped with bubbles, the Spaggle Rock vodka cocktail is where it’s at this season.
- 1½ oz Portland 90 Vodka
- 3/4 oz Portland Syrup’s Marionberry Syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- sparkling wine
- lime or rosemary sprig for garnish
Shake vodka, syrup, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and top with a bit of your favorite bubbles. Garnish with lime or rosemary sprig.
