What’s better than a glass of bubbles? Maybe a glass of bubbles bursting with floral aromatics, a bit of gin, and citrus? You’ll love this super easy gin and champagne cocktail with notes of rose, elder flower, lychee and pear.
- 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- ½ oz NDD Elder Flower Syrup
- sparkling wine
- 1 lemon peel for garnish
Combine gin and elder flower syrup in a shaker, add ice, and shake a few times. Strain into flute or coupe. Top with cold sparkling wine (be sure to pour slowly so it won’t fizz over) and garnish with a lemon twist.
