Made with bitter orange, gentian & wormwood flavors, Roots Divino Rosso makes an excellent Negroni. For this recipe we’ve swapped the non-alcoholic aperitif in place of sweet vermouth and the results are fabulous.

• 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33 or New Deal Gin No. 1
• 1 oz Roots Divino Rosso Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 orange twist for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist.
