Easily winterize your gin and tonic by adding blood orange for flavor and color.
- 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed blood orange juice
- tonic water
- squeeze of lime, to taste
- lime or blood orange wheel for garnish
Add gin, blood orange juice, and tonic water to a collins glass and top with ice. Squeeze in lime to taste. Drop a lime wheel or blood orange wheel (or both) to garnish.
