- 2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Bourbon
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz Ginger Peach Tea (we used The Republic of Tea’s Longevity Tea)
- 1 lemon wedge, for garnish
Prepare iced tea according to package instructions. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake extra long (at least 30 seconds) then strain over fresh ice into a pint glass or mason jar. Garnish with a lemon wedge and some sun.
