The perfect staycation cocktail! Feel like you’re somewhere warm and sunny with this transportive tropical concoction.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Tropical Pineapple Syrup
- 3/4 oz orange liqueur
- 1/4 oz Grenadine float
- 1 mint sprig, cherry, and pineapple slice (optional) for garnish
Shake rum, lime juice, pineapple syrup, and orange liqueur with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed* ice. Top with a float of grenadine then garnish with a mint sprig, cherry, and pineapple.
*Make sure to crush your ice before you start making your cocktail! You can either crush your ice in a blender or use a Lewis ice bag and mallet.
