• 2 oz Old Tom Gin
• 1 oz New Deal Cola Syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 oz soda water
• 1 egg white

Combine gin, syrup, lemon, and egg white in a shaker tin and dry shake (without ice) for at least 3o seconds. Open the tin, add ice, and shake again. Then, add soda water to the tin and strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
