The combination of citrus and vanilla in this Old Tom Gin fizz is giving major dreamsicle vibes. Plus, who doesn’t love that fluffy egg white foam? This cocktail is truly heavenly to sip.

Combine gin, syrup, lemon, and egg white in a shaker tin and dry shake (without ice) for at least 3o seconds. Open the tin, add ice, and shake again. Then, add soda water to the tin and strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
