You needn’t be at a tennis match to enjoy this tall, fizzy summer cocktail. Combining both fruity and floral flavors, the Courtside is easy drinking and easy on the eyes.

• 2 oz Portland 90 Vodka or  New Deal Vodka
• ¾ oz New Deal Elder Flower Cocktail Syrup
• 1½ oz apple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• 3 raspberries
• 1 strawberry, top removed
• soda water
• 1 mint sprig and berries for garnish

Muddle three raspberries and one strawberry in Elder Flower Syrup. Add vodka, apple juice, and lime juice to the tin and shake with ice. Add a splash of soda water to the tin and double strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with berries and mint.
