Who says whiskey can’t get tropical? This delightful combination will whisk you away to where the palm trees sway.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- ¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz Daddy’s Cinnamon Syrup
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 cinnamon stick, grapefruit slice, and/or cocktail umbrella for garnish
Shake rye, juices, and cinnamon syrup with ice and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Top with pebble ice and several dashes of bitters on top of the ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, grapefruit slice, and a cocktail umbrella.
