This recipe comes from Steven Smith Teamaker and features Lover’s Leap, a limited edition blend of black tea, fragrant rose petals, chamomile, and bergamot. Bright, jammy, and brimming with bubbles, this heavenly cocktail resembles a classic French 75 with a few lovely twists. Black currant jam brings out the fruity, floral flavors of Lover’s Leap and plays beautifully with gin and lemon. Whip up this drink for someone special and prove chivalry really isn’t dead after all.
