This icy version of our Bill Collins cocktail makes a refreshing, frozen slushy for you and a friend. Recipe serves two.
- 4 oz New Deal Pear Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 large scoops of crushed ice (yes, the crushed ice will make a difference)
- 2 mint sprigs, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed. Add additional crushed ice until you’ve reached your desired consistency. Pour into two glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint.
Note: The crushed ice is the secret to achieving the same texture of your favorite slushy machine cocktails! You can crush the ice in your blender before you start making the cocktail.
