- 1½ oz New Deal Pear Brandy
- 1½ oz New Deal Tropical Pineapple Syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 cubes frozen mango
- grated cinnamon for garnish
Add mango and lime in a shaker tin and muddle generously. Then add your pear brandy and pineapple syrup and shake with ice heartily for 8 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with grated cinnamon.
