Our Wheat Whiskey is back! Made from Oregon-grown soft winter wheat, this 3-year whiskey starts with brown sugar and caramel on the nose, followed by a bit of char, straw, and dried fig on the palate. It’s quite accessible with a light body and a long toasted grain and butterscotch finish.
Distiller’s Reserve Wheat Whiskey is excellent served neat, on ice, or mixed in a number of classic whiskey cocktails. Like many of our whiskeys, it is only available in the New Deal Bottle Shop or at our booth at Farmers Markets and PopUp Events. Check our Events Calendar for upcoming markets or swing by the Bottle Shop where you can give it a taste first. The Bottle Shop is open daily from 12-6 pm but we also offer Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery through the Lowkel app for Android and iPhone 7 days a week.
