Why do we love the Sprezza Bianco?
With notes of lemon, grapefruit, chamomile, and gentian, you might want to try swapping this for the tonic in your next G&T. The citrusy flavors enhance all those juniper botanicals in the gin.
Try it in a cocktail!
Better Than a G&T Spritz: in a collins glass filled with ice, add 1 oz of New Deal Gin 33 and 4 oz Sprezza Bianco. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
Vodka Spritz: add 1 oz New Deal Vodka to a wine glass and top with 4 oz Sprezza Bianco. Add lots of ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
Spotlight on the Sprezza Rosso!
Flavors of rhubarb, cola, and bitter orange peel make this spritz exceptionally well suited for pairing with aged spirits like brandy, whiskey, and Old Tom gin.
Try it in a cocktail!
Brandy Spritz: in a collins glass filled with ice, add 1 oz New Deal Brandy and 4 oz Sprezza Rosso. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with an orange wheel.
