- 1 bottle (750ml) Landmass Two Sides Oregon White Wine (Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris, Erath Pinot Gris, King Estate Sauvignon Blanc, or Chehalem “Inox” Chardonnay all work in this recipe)
- 1/2 cup New Deal Pear Brandy
- 1 green apple, cored and cubed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 bunch of fresh baby dill
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Combine all ingredients and store overnight in the fridge. When you’re ready to serve, scoop out diced fruit and serve in your favorite wine glass over ice.
