- ½ oz New Deal Pear Brandy
- ½ oz Portland 90 Vodka
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Portland Cider Co. Original Gold Cider
- 1 lemon wedge or dried pear slice for garnish
Shake pear brandy, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into snifter or wine glass filled with fresh ice and top with cider. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a dried pear slice.
