Love Spiced Rum? Looking for a new way to enjoy? Try our take on San Francisco’s Gaslamp Lounge’s Velvet Sea cocktail. We use our small-batched Spiced Rum, fresh lime, as well as local and house-made syrups for this bright, tropical cocktail with a float of Angostura bitters. Find all the ingredients in the New Deal Bottle Shop!

Pour rum, syrups, and lime juice to a shaker tin. And in the spent half lime shell and shake well with ice. Pour, unstrained, into a rocks glass and top with bitters.
