- 1 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 1/2 oz Hot Monkey Pepper-Flavored Vodka
- 1/4 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake until frothy. Strain into a wine glass.
