In the mood for a dynamite tropical cocktail? Give our Jet Pilot riff a whirl! This drink calls for both our Distiller’s Cut Rum and Spiced Rum, plus two fabulous, locally made syrups.
- 1½ oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¾ oz New Deal Spiced Rum
- ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Daddy’s Cinnamon Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Daddy’s Banana Falernum Cockail Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 lime wheel and/or a cherry for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a double rocks glass. Top with pebble ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a cherry.
