Well, we’ve got a new drink and it goes like this – bop shoo-op, a bop-bop shoo-op! Yeah, the name of the drink is the Peppermint Twist!
- 1 1/2 oz Portland 90 Vodka
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz mint iced tea*
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 raspberry
- 1 mint leaf, for garnish
Muddle the raspberry (yep, trust us, just one) in the simple syrup. Add the vodka, lemon, and mint iced tea. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for at least 12 seconds. Double strain into your favorite iced tea glass filled with fresh ice.
*Make iced tea according to package instructions— we used Steven Smith Tea Mediterranean Mint Iced Tea. To ensure proper dilution (iced tea is concentrated, as its meant to be poured over ice) be sure to use lots of ice in your shaker, shake well, and fill your cocktail glass to the top with fresh ice.
