Muddled fruit Apple Brandy Old Fashioned cocktail? You betcha!
- 2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 orange slice
- 1 bar spoon brandied cherry or plum (or regular pitted cherry)
- soda water
Muddle simple syrup, bitters, brandied plums, and orange slice in a rocks glass until well combined. Add Apple Brandy and a large cube. Gently stir and top with a splash of soda water.
