This vodka watermelon cocktail is the perfect summer drink! Dolin Blanc and Portand 90 Vodka play really well together and the juiciness of the watermelon is tempered by tart lime and cooling mint. This is a porch pounder, through and through!

• 1 oz Portland 90 Vodka
• 1 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 small piece of watermelon
• 6 mint leaves
• 1 1/2 oz soda water
• 1 watermelon wedge and mint for garnish

Muddle watermelon and mint in simple syrup. Add vodka, vermouth, lime juice, and ice to the tin and whip shake. Add soda water to the tin and double strain into a collins glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with watermelon and mint.
