Gin Tarragon Sour

This botanical sour recipe has a wealth of complimentary ingredients anchored by our hearty New Deal Gin No. 1.

  • 1 ½ oz New Deal Gin No. 1
  • ½ oz Fresh Grapefruit
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon
  • ¾ Honey Syrup (honey diluted with equal parts water)
  • ½ oz egg white
  • 2 large sprigs of tarragon
  • 2 oz dry sparkling wine

Dry shake all ingredients, except the wine, without ice. Re-shake with ice and double strain into 8 oz coup glass. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a small tarragon tip.
