This botanical sour recipe has a wealth of complimentary ingredients anchored by our hearty New Deal Gin No. 1.
- 1 ½ oz New Deal Gin No. 1
- ½ oz Fresh Grapefruit
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon
- ¾ Honey Syrup (honey diluted with equal parts water)
- ½ oz egg white
- 2 large sprigs of tarragon
- 2 oz dry sparkling wine
Dry shake all ingredients, except the wine, without ice. Re-shake with ice and double strain into 8 oz coup glass. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a small tarragon tip.
